Where can i get Lip Smacker in Canada?

where can i get the Jello or Skittles lip smacker in canada.. iWent to Superstore and they did not have it niether does Shoper drugmart.. i saw some in clairs but they were expensive.. $5.00.. where else could i get them? &which is the best falvour ? sorry for so much bad grammer.. im in a rush.
