in 2months we have our school Athletics carnival and i kinda wanna win champion again, but some of my competition have improved heaps since last yr so i really need 2 step up, im participating in the following, long jump, triple jump, high jump, 100m sprint, 200m, 400m and 1500m. What is an easy way to try to improve my fitness 4 these events??
