Do I have AIDS after I played game with friend?!?

Okay, so I'm not gay, but me and my friend were playing ring-around the rosie and he got semen in a cut on my arm. Do I have AIDS? I washed it out with alcohol, but someone recommended I use bleach? Should I go to the doctor? I'm really freaking out!
