What do you think of this outfit....NEED HELP!?

I really like the first top, followed by the last then the 2nd one. The skirt is nice but not very suitable for day time and too many frills in 1 outfit. I'd choose one of the tops and wear it with jeans or with a plain skirt, tights and boots/brogues.
