How can I swollow these pills?? they're huge!!?

ok, so i bought a dietary supplement online. I have trouble wallowing pills and these pills are huge. i tried with a beverage, with icecream, blending it up in the blender with ice cream (the pill stuck to the bottom of the blender.) and itried crushing it up but there was still chunks of it all through the food i put it in. what can i do? Thanks!
