Need help finding a movie HELP !!! ?

im looking for a movie called TRU CONFESSIONS it has shia lebeouf in it .. it came on disney chanel in like 2002 .. people told me that it is on dvd but i cant ind it any where .. i want to get in on here but where !! PLZ HELP!!!
