My daughter is interested in becoming a flight attendant....?

Don't waste your money on a "travel academy". By law, the airlines must train everyone no matter what their previous experience, so all she needs to do is meet their requirements and apply directly. Almost every airline has an employment portal on their website. In general, they prefer applicants who are 21 (because alcohol is served on board), who are college graduates (although it isn't required), multi-lingual, "weight proportionate to height", well groomed, polite, have good grammar and communication skills and have an outgoing personality. If she obtains an interview it wouldn't hurt if she learned some things about the flying business and airline flying, but one doesn't need a formal course to prepare for an interview. She should join one of the cabin crew forums such as this one and start "learning the ropes". a href="http://www.cabincrew.com/CareerZoneHome.asp" rel="nofollow"http://www.cabincrew.com/CareerZoneHome.…/a
