Is it possible for 48 yo woman with menopause to get pregnant? Of course with medication?

My friend she is very healthy 48 y.o. woman, but she have menopause already. She want to have a child, but she dont think she can because of menopause. Is it possible for her to get pregnant and give birth healthy baby?
