Can anybody refer me to a good vet to take my dog to,in the San Jose area?

My poor Rosie the Rottie,is gettin old.Poor dog has real bad hips,but before I put her down,I just want to see if there is any meds,or treatment-anything to make her life a lil more enjoyable-without totally incapacitating her with pain medication.Thankyou
